Employment Interviews

The number of applicants interviewed for any position varies according to number of openings, location, availability of qualified applicants and other variables. Whitestone Healthcare does not contact every job applicant to report the status of the hiring process. Only applicants to be interviewed, applicants who have been interviewed or who have received a job offer are personally contacted by the Human Resources Department. Once the job vacancy process is complete, all other applicants will be notified via email.

Everify

U.S. law requires companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States – either U.S. citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization. This diverse workforce contributes greatly to the vibrancy and strength of our economy, but that same strength also attracts unauthorized employment. Whitestone Healthcare will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, or veteran’s status or any other protect class in employment opportunities and benefits. Whitestone Healthcare adheres to Title VI as well as Title VII. Equal employment opportunity principles govern all aspects of our personnel policies, program practices, and operations.
