Registered Dietitian (RD) - Brenham, TX

Texas Registered Dietitian needed immediately in Brenham, Texas. Must have two years experience.  Experience with Developmentally Disabled preferred.

 

Job Description

  • Provides medical nutrition therapy to inpatients and/or outpatients via nutrition screenings, assessments, consultations and counseling sessions.

  • Prepares appropriate documentation and follow-up for same.

  • Responsibilities will include performance improvement and assisting in department, if needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Texas RD license

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition

  • Current negative TB

  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR issued by the American Heart Association

  • Ability to pass TBI/FBI fingerprint background check and 7 panel pre-employment drug test

  • Must have or have the ability to obtain the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and the Texas Department of State Health Services Control Substance Board

 

Position

  • Full-time week days

 

Pay Rate

  • $26.50/hr

 

Benefits

  • Full-time employees who work 40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance after completing the 90-day probation period.

  • Our company pays 50% of the medical insurance for the EMPLOYEE only. Dental and vision insurance is completely paid by the employee.
